**Timings**: 9 hours/day (including 30 min lunch break), 1 weekly off

**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a **Compliance Assistant** to be deployed full-time at the **Vasai Project**. The role involves supporting labour law compliance and payroll documentation for workers at the site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain salary registers, PF/ESIC/Bonus/PT/MLWF records
- Coordinate salary disbursement & generate monthly payslips
- Submit monthly statutory challans and contribution proofs
- Ensure minimum wages and proper payment modes are followed
- Maintain files as per Contract Labour Act, Payment of Wages Act, etc.
- Assist Project Manager and Consultant in all compliance-related work

**Eligibility**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass or graduate (B.Com/BMS preferred)
- **Experience**: 2-3 years in payroll or labour compliance (preferred)

**Skills**:

- MS Excel & basic documentation
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus
- Good communication in Hindi and basic English
- Ability to work full-time from site (Vasai)
- Training and Support will be provided

**This is not a temporary opportunity. After this project, you will either be deployed to a new site or join the main office team, based on company requirements.**
