**Job Description: Sales Field Executive**
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Lead Generation**:
Identify and generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking.
Promote and demonstrate the company’s products to potential clients.
**Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Field Visits**:
Conduct regular visits to potential and existing clients to showcase product offerings.
Gather market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback during visits.
**Sales Target Achievement**:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of leads into successful sales.
**Reporting and Documentation**:
Update and maintain records of sales activities in the CRM system (e.g., Zoho CRM).
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales performance and client interactions.
**Team Collaboration**:
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotional activities.
Share market trends and client feedback to improve sales strategies.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
**Experience**: 1-3 years of field sales experience. Freshers with a passion for sales can also apply.
**Skills**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM tools like Zoho CRM.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
**Key Requirements**:
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic understanding of the industry and products (e.g., plywood, laminates, veneers, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a two-wheeler (if applicable).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
