Hardware Sales Representative

We are looking for a Government Field Sales to join the growing team of a reputed IT Hardware Manufacturing Company.
They are responsible for the development and maintenance of configuration management solutions.
Moreover,they provide support for infrastructure, design and develop tools for infrastructure monitoring and reporting
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
- Develop strategic sales goals
- Qualify leads and creating target lists of enterprise or data centre accounts
- Seek out potential customers (e.g., Government Organizations / Educational Institutes/ Research
Organizations etc.) through cold calling and follow-up
- Customer visits
- Participate in marketing activities such as trade shows to generate leads
- Strategically position company's ’products and services
- Develop customer relationships and maintain/manage accounts
- Expand existing client accounts for retention and growth
- Manage day-to-day sales operations tracts
- Manage day-to-day sales operations
- Negotiate sales pricing, monitoring orders, facilitating credit issues, and negotiating
- Sales returns
- Other relevant duties asassigned by management
KRA

- Up to 4+ years of experience with selling computer hardware solutions like Server,
Workstation,Storage,HPCCluster channel,datacenterorenterpriseaccounts

- Priorexperiencesellingtechnologyintocorporateaccounts

**Qualification
- **Minimum Qualifications: MBA in Sales /Marketing. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field will be preferred. Fluent in English language is mandatory, additional local languages would be an advantage. Up to 5 years of experience with selling computer hardware solutions to, data centre or Government accounts
- Execute sales strategies to ensure profitable growth; Focusing on prospecting work to secure new accounts
- Develop strategic sales goals.
- Qualify leads and creating target lists of Government or data center accounts
- Seek out potential customers (e.g., Government /PSU/Defence/ BFSI/Oil & Gas) through cold calling and follow-up customer visits
- Participate in marketing activities such as trade shows to generate leads
- Strategically position Netweb Technologies’ products and services
- Develop customer relationships and maintain/manage accounts
- Expand existing client accounts for retention and growth
- Negotiate various types of contracts
- Be accountable for all dimensions of an account, from sales to operational excellence in service and project delivery.
- Negotiate sales pricing, monitoring orders, facilitating credit issues and negotiating sales returns
- Other relevant duties as assigned by management.
- Lead and functionally handle a dedicated core client management team (Sales, Solution Manager, Industry Expert, Delivery Executive)
