**Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive - Sahibs - Bangalore**

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a **Customer Relationship Executive** who can be the voice of our brand — ensuring every customer interaction is delightful and every order experience is seamless.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Interaction & Sales Conversion**:

- Engage with incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, or social media inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and convert leads into sales.
- Suggest suitable biryani packs or catering options based on the customer’s need.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with regular and new customers.
- Follow up for post-delivery feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle queries and resolve issues promptly with a customer-first approach.
- **Order Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the kitchen and dispatch team for timely delivery.
- Support in ensuring quality and accuracy of orders before dispatch.
- **Operational Support**:

- Assist during bulk order deliveries or corporate catering setups.
- Visit client locations occasionally for servicing and relationship building.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in **English, Kannada, and Hindi.**:

- Prior experience in **Customer Support / Inside Sales / F&B Operations** preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
- Passion for food and customer service mindset.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
