**Job Role**:
Key Responsibility Of a Relationship Executive
1.Coordinating with clients for queries
2. Customer support for sales
3. Handle inbound and outbound calls to customer and clients to identify the needs of the customers and up sell other products where ever possible.
4. maintain good customer relations
5. Work towards meeting team targets
6. Maintain records of the conversation with the customers and submit timely reports on targets and customer queries.
7. Fixing Appointment with Doctors.
8. Selling of Elder Shield Packages

Hospital Experience is preferred.
