**Required Skills**:
- Fresher or 1+ years’ experience as an Operations Coordinator or Customer Support Executive.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Proactive and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
