**Job Description**:
In the role as a **Project Controller (S/W), **you will be reporting to the **Director: Technical and Projects**, where the following tasks would be a part of your job profile:

- Preparation of schedule in discussion with different stakeholder and maintain L3 schedule in execution period through MS project.
- Conduct risk assessment and conduct sprints with EPC and project site to ensure timely resolution of hold up activities affecting critical path and avoid budget overrun.
- Co-ordinate Project schedule & cost and risk according to Statkraft requirements and current best practices.
- Tracking & Monitoring Progress of projects under different segments (Engineering, Procurement & Construction).
- Co-ordinate and interface with various corporate functions in Statkraft, EPC Contractor, Package Contractors and Site Construction team.
- Developing Progress MIS along with S Curves for the Projects.
- Project deviation analysis and providing look ahead plan on monthly basis.
- Support other units in Statkraft as required with Project Controls competence, prepare MIS reports, Earn value report
- Support Project Management with Project Controls and Risk deliveries to fulfil Statkraft’s Capital Project Model requirements.
- Audit and review Project Controls and Risk Management in projects.

**Qualifications**:
We look for experienced personnel with the essential skills that includes:

- University degree in engineering, or similar with documented experience in the field of project planning, monitoring & control, project management or similar
- Minimum 7-8 years of project control, coordination experience from development and construction of solar projects or Wind project.
- Working knowledge from different business models and contracting set-ups
- Independent self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage large workloads, prioritizing tasks and effectively managing competing deadlines.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, yet with attention to details
- Team player and self-motivated to take responsibility for independent work.
- Good knowledge of relevant IT-systems Primavera /MS Project/Project Online and SAP is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience of working on big size projects
