Choosing Capgemini means choosing a company where you will be empowered to shape your career in the way you'd like, where you'll be supported and inspired by a collaborative community of colleagues around the world, and where you'll be able to reimagine what's possible.Join us and help the world's leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Your role- Act as a business partner with an operational mindset - Manage relationships with Capgemini entities delivering contracts - Report and analyze KPIs (WIPBIA, revenue, cost) - Analyze budget vs forecast on project portfolio - Monthly closing, revenue recognition, provisions, and variance analysis - Interface with Delivery Controlling teams and ensure cost containment - Update reporting tools and ensure compliance with financial standards - Support coordination with Sales/Analyst teams for client offers - Ensure compliance with internal and external audits - We are looking for a highly experienced Project Controller in Pune location with 6 to 12 years of work experienceYour profile- Strong understanding of project controlling and financial statement impact - SAP HANA (minimum 2 years hands-on experience) - Advanced MS Excel (macros, data modeling, queries), Access, Power BI - Excellent communication skills. - Analytical and problem-solving abilityWhat you'll love about working here- We’re committed to ensure that people of all backgrounds feel encouraged and have a sense of belonging at Capgemini.
