**.** **Job Summary** Yasmins Body Image Pvt Ltd is hiring Front Desk & Operations executive for Pilates studio. **Position: Client Service Coordinator** **Job Location: Bandra West** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Front Desk Management**: - Answering Incoming Calls and manage Studio's Whatsapp communication with the clients. - Maintaining Front Desk Tidiness. - Welcome and greet the clients / inquiries as soon as they enter the studio. - Filing Intake Form / Clients' documents. - Appointment Coordination with Nutritionist. - Updating Client Details. - Update Client’s details like payment, health history, progress etc. - Staff Travel Arrangements. - Timely Updates of Reports for the Manager. - Handling Couriers. **Client Servicing**: - Organise poster & put "Star of the Month" up in the studio. - Ensure timely dispatch of renewal and payment reminders to clients. - Error free client Scheduling in CRM Software. - Update clients about their next schedules or change in their schedule. - Update clients for closure days of studio in advance - Create a list of upcoming client birthdays along with their Instagram handles, and share it with the SM team. - Send birthday greetings and festival greetings to clients. - Managing Incoming Inquiries and Maintaining Accurate Client Records. - Explaining Studio Terms & Conditions to Clients. - Collecting Client Feedback and provide additional assistance to Clients. **House Keeping & Studio Management**: - Coordination with Vendors. - Check on Housekeeping tasklist and accordingly coordinante with housekeeping team to carry out the cleaning activities. - Coordination with students and the internal team during Pilates Teacher Training Certificate Course. **Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications** - Excellent Communication Skills - Minimum 6 month of experience in customer service or Sales. - Basic Computer Knowledge Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Leave encashment - Paid sick time - Paid time off Schedule: - Evening shift - Morning shift Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay Application Question(s): - What is your notice period? - Are you comfortable to travel to Bandra?
