**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide students and parents through the study abroad admission process.
- Suggest suitable courses, universities, and countries based on student profiles.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments by presenting services effectively.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and families.
- Address student inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Participate in events, webinars, and workshops.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions in CRM software.
- Share regular updates on performance and market trends with management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (a background in education, sales, or counseling is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales, admissions, or education consultancy (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- A customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with various study destinations like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
