**Job Title: Admission Counselor**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospective Student Engagement: Build relationships with prospective students, parents, and school counselors to promote our institution and its programs.
- Counseling: Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students, addressing their academic interests and guiding them through the admissions process.
- Information Sessions: Conduct presentations and information sessions at schools, college fairs, and community events to educate potential applicants about our offerings.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students and track progress through the admissions pipeline.
- Collaboration: Work closely with academic departments, financial aid, and student services to provide comprehensive support to applicants.
- Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance our recruitment strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, student services, or a related area within higher education. Experience across multiple colleges or schools is preferred.
- Language Skills:Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Technology Proficiency:Familiarity with admissions software and CRM systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
