**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**: Engage with prospective students and families to provide comprehensive advice on university programs, admission criteria, scholarships, and international campus life.
- **Lead Management**: Actively follow up on leads generated from diverse channels (online inquiries, walk-ins, etc.), ensuring timely and effective communication.
- **Test Prep Advisory**: Advise students on the right courses and strategies for standardized tests like SAT, GRE, IELTS, and TOEFL, guiding them towards optimal preparation.
- **Mentorship and Follow-Up**: Maintain regular contact with students to provide ongoing mentorship and ensure progress toward their academic goals.
- **Workshops and Seminars**: Organize and lead informative seminars, webinars, and workshops on international education trends, scholarships, and university admissions.
- **Collaboration with Universities**: Foster strong relationships with university representatives, keeping students updated on admission policies, scholarships, and new program offerings.
- **Stay Informed**: Stay updated on the latest trends in international education, changes in admission policies, and evolving visa regulations.
- **Team Leadership**: Mentor junior counselors, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree in education, counseling, or related fields preferred).
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in educational counseling, ideally within study abroad consulting.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with students and their families.
- **Organizational Skills**: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is essential.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
