Key Responsibilities:

- **Relationship Building**: Foster relationships with students, families, high school counselors, and alumni to support recruitment efforts.
- **Admissions Decisions**: May be involved in the final approval process for admissions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Education**: A minimum of a high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor's degree often preferred.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with students and families.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong abilities to build rapport and provide empathetic support to students.
- **Organizational Skills**: The capacity to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and organize events.
- **Customer Service**: A customer-oriented approach to ensure a positive experience for applicants.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
