
Sales Executive

**Lead Generation**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Utilize various channels, including social media and industry events, to generate leads.
- **Client Engagement**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting the features and benefits of our projects.
- **Sales Process Management**:
- Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with prospects.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions and client needs.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
- Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- **Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and pipeline status.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 1 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
