**Job Description (English)**:
We are looking for a highly motivated **Inside Sales Executive** to join our growing EdTech team at **CliniLaunch, Mysore**. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, converting leads, counseling students on clinical research and healthcare courses, and achieving monthly targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Call and counsel prospective students about courses and enrollment.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation.
- Provide detailed information about our Clinical Research and Life Sciences programs.
**Requirements**:
- Any graduate (Life Science background preferred).
- 1+ years of inside sales or tele-counseling experience (EdTech preferred).
- Fluent in **English**, **Kannada**, **Marathi**, and **any South Indian language**.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with target-based roles.
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
