**Job Details**:
- **Position**: Customer Support Executive

- **Salary**: ₹96,000 - ₹1,20,000 per annum
- **Additional Benefits**: Performance incentives based on conversions
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct tele-calling to parents for lead generation and conversion.
- Provide regular updates to parents regarding students' performance and progress.
- Conduct feedback calls to address concerns and ensure parent satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve lead conversion and satisfaction targets.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in tele-calling or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong ability to engage and build rapport with parents.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record management.
- Target-driven and proactive attitude.
