Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle outbound calls to potential and existing clients regarding insurance policies and services.

2. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.

3. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.

4. Address customer queries and follow up for additional details when needed.

5. Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and sales leads.

6. Meet daily/weekly targets for call volumes and client conversions.

7. Coordinate with the sales team for seamless follow-up on leads.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products or willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Strong time-management and organizational abilities.

Perks:
