We are actively seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Chat Sales Executive. If you are passionate about E-commerce, excel in chat communication, and have a knack for driving sales, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales and Customer Engagement:

- Initiate and engage in chat conversations with E-commerce website visitors to understand their needs.
- Promote and sell our E-commerce solutions, guiding customers through the purchasing process.
- Provide product information, features, and benefits to potential customers in a persuasive manner.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with E-commerce clients through effective communication.
- Follow up with leads and prospects, providing additional information and support as needed.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Record and document customer interactions, transactions, and relevant information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and customer feedback.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on E-commerce industry trends and our product offerings.
- Continuously improve knowledge of our products to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work independently.
- Willingness to work night shifts if required.
- Fresher’s are encouraged to apply; however, prior chat sales experience will be considered a plus

**Training**:
Comprehensive training will be provided on essential tools and technologies integral to our E-commerce clients.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
