**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to customers for lead generation, follow-ups, surveys, or promoting products/services.
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of calls made and outcomes.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, or sales.
- Update customer data and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively and professionally.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and report progress to managers.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar role is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Marathi, Hindi & English].
- Strong listening skills and the ability to respond to customer concerns.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software (preferred).
- Good time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
