**Job Description: Freelance Automation Testing Trainer**

**Location**: Partnered College in Bangalore
**Training Mode**: Offline (Onsite)
**Duration**: 60 Hours (5 Hours/Day Over 12 Days)

**Job Summary**:
Siva Academy is looking for an experienced **Freelance Automation Testing Trainer** to deliver a **60-hour hands-on training program** at our partnered college in **Bangalore**. The trainer will be responsible for providing industry-oriented automation testing training using **Selenium, JUnit, TestNG**, and related automation frameworks. The course aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary for **real-world automation testing roles**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver **structured and interactive training sessions** based on the pre-defined course outline.
- Provide **hands-on practical exercises** using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and other automation tools.
- Teach **automation testing frameworks** including **Data-Driven, Keyword-Driven, and Page Object Model (POM)**.
- Guide students in **debugging, troubleshooting, and best practices** for automation testing.
- Assist students in setting up the **automation testing environment** and executing scripts.
- Conduct **real-world scenarios and case studies** to enhance understanding.
- Evaluate student progress through **assignments, quizzes, and project work**.
- Lead an **end-to-end automation testing project** on the final day.
- Provide **mentorship and career guidance** related to automation testing and job readiness.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s/Master’s degree** in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- **2+ years of experience** in **Automation Testing** using Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, and TestNG.
- Hands-on experience in **test automation frameworks** such as Data-Driven, Keyword-Driven, and POM.
- Strong knowledge of **handling web elements, alerts, pop-ups, and file uploads/downloads** in Selenium.
- Experience in **generating test reports and integrating Jenkins (CI/CD) for automation**.
- Excellent **communication and presentation skills** with the ability to train students effectively.
- Prior experience in **technical training, workshops, or corporate training** is preferred.
- Ability to deliver engaging sessions with **live demonstrations and practical problem-solving**.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- ISTQB or equivalent certification in software testing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of **API automation testing** (e.g., Postman, RestAssured) is a plus.
- Experience in training college students or freshers is a plus.
