Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate
Software Testing Trainer
who has strong hands-on experience in both
Manual and Automation Testing
with expertise in
Playwright
. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to students, guiding them through real-time projects, preparing them for interviews, and mentoring them toward successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging training sessions on
    Manual Testing
    ,
    Automation Testing
    , and
    Playwright
    (UI automation, scripts, frameworks).
  • Cover end-to-end testing concepts: JAVA, SDLC, STLC, Test Planning, Test Case Design, Defect Reporting, Agile methodology, CI/CD basics, etc.
  • Teach automation frameworks (Page Object Model / Hybrid Framework / BDD).
  • Create course materials, assignments, case studies, and real-time project tasks.
  • Conduct doubt clarification sessions, mock tests, and mock interviews.
  • Track student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest automation trends and integrate them into training.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Similar field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of industry experience
    in Software Testing.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Manual Testing
    concepts and documentation (Test Planning, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Defect Lifecycle).
  • Practical experience in
    Automation Testing using Playwright
    (JavaScript/TypeScript or Python).
  • Experience with framework development, API testing is a plus (Postman / REST APIs).
  • Hands-on experience with version control (Git), CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) is desirable.
  • Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
