**Job Title**: Freelance UCAT/IMAT Trainers (Online/Hybrid - Part-Time)
Number of Positions: 3
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Engagement Type: Freelance / Contractual
Duration: Project-Based (extendable based on performance)
**About the Role**:
We are seeking experienced and motivated freelance trainers to deliver high-quality coaching for
students preparing for the UCAT (UK Clinical Aptitude Test) and IMAT (International Medical
Admission Test). The role involves conducting online/hybrid classes, mentoring students, and helping
them achieve top scores for international medical admissions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct live training sessions (online/hybrid) on UCAT/IMAT modules (e.g., Verbal
Reasoning, Decision Making, Quantitative Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning, Situational
Judgment, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Math).
- Design lesson plans, mock tests, and practice exercises.
- Track student progress and provide personalized feedback.
- Resolve doubts and provide tips/strategies to maximize performance.
- Coordinate with academic team for content and scheduling.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in coaching for UCAT or IMAT (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Excellent command over test patterns, scoring, and time management strategies.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
- Ability to manage live online or hybrid sessions effectively.
- Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Google Meet, shared drives, and digital whiteboards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Medicine, Life Sciences, or Test Prep.
- UCAT/IMAT test-taker with a high score (optional but a plus).
- Teaching certification (optional).
- Experience with international medical admissions (UK, Italy, EU) is desirable.
