**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Soft Skills Trainer** to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance interpersonal, communication, leadership, and workplace etiquette skills of our learners/employees. The trainer will play a key role in building confidence, professionalism, and employability of participants.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive training sessions on communication, presentation, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and workplace etiquette.
- Design training content, modules, and activities tailored to different audiences (students, freshers, or professionals).
- Use innovative teaching methods such as role plays, group discussions, case studies, and simulations.
- Assess participants’ performance through tests, feedback, and observation.
- Provide one-on-one coaching where required.
- Prepare training reports and maintain records of sessions conducted.
- Continuously update training material to match industry standards and trends.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Post-graduation in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus).
- Proven experience as a soft skills / corporate trainer.
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools.
- Certification in training & development (e.g., ISTD, Dale Carnegie, etc.) preferred.

Contract length: 15 days

Pay: ₹9,552.92 - ₹20,000.00 per month
