As a freelance soft skills trainer, your job description will involve delivering engaging and interactive training sessions to corporate clients, focusing on improving their communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing Training Programs:

  • Creating comprehensive training curriculums tailored to clients' needs

  • Developing interactive and effective training materials, such as presentations, case studies, and role-playing exercises

  • Delivering Training Sessions:

  • Conducting workshops, seminars, and one-on-one training sessions

  • Utilizing various training methods to ensure effective learning and application of soft skills

  • Assessing Training Needs:

  • Conducting needs analysis to identify gaps in soft skills within organizations

  • Evaluating participant feedback and assessing training effectiveness

  • Client Relationships:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

  • Providing guidance and support to ensure clients achieve their training goals

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills training

  • Continuously refining training materials and methods to meet evolving client needs

Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Psychology, or Human Resources

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in training or a related field

  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills

  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
