**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new customer leads through cold calling, networking, and client referrals
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Explain product features and benefits to potential customers
- Assist customers in vehicle selection based on their needs and preferences
- Prepare and process sales documentation and ensure timely follow-up
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with automotive trends and product knowledge
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, service, delivery) to ensure smooth customer experience

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
