**Department**: E-Commerce & Online Sales
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive online sales through CRM platforms and digital communication channels.
- Manage online reputation by addressing customer queries on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Improve **First Response Time (FRT)** and successfully convert website/store leads.
- Follow up on abandoned cart orders, analyze reasons for drop-offs, and enhance user experience.
- Work on improving **Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) & Net Promoter Score (NPS)**.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve customer service tickets efficiently.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and conversion trends for process improvements.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **2-3 years of CRM experience** in sales & customer service.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like **Salesforce, Zoho, Freshdesk, Limechat, etc.**:
- Prior experience in **fine jewellery or premium brands** (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging customers.
- Understanding of social media trends & consumer behavior.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness with a sales-driven mindset.
**Working Days**: 6 days
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
