Master Scheduller-production Planning

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- **Production Planning**:
- Create and manage the master production schedule based on demand forecasts, capacity, and material availability.- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure schedule feasibility and execution.
- **Demand & Capacity Management**:
- Analyze demand trends and adjust schedules accordingly.- Monitor production capacity and identify bottlenecks or constraints.- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts.
- **System & Data Management**:
- Maintain scheduling data in ERP/MRP systems.- Generate reports and KPIs related to schedule adherence, lead times, and capacity utilization.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with sales, operations, procurement, and quality teams to align production plans with business goals.- Participate in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:
- 2-3 years of experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. Oracle) and scheduling software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
