**This position reports to**:
Planning & Fulfillment Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solutions division at Nashik, India. You will be mainly accountable for: - Ensuring the interaction with a firm’s functional managers, and tracking and maintaining the forecast through timely and accurate feedback. - Assembling master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan. - Identifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand. - Scheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines. **Qualifications for the role**:

- You are engaged with Material Management Function in Switchgear Industry.
- You have 5 to 8 years of experience in Material Planning, Production Planning (PPC) & Inventory Management.
- You have hands on experience in Manufacturing Planning, Forecasting Production Plan, Monitor Performance against the Business plan and Shipment plan.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP MM / PP
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (should be full-time)
- You are at ease communicating in English and Collaborating with cross-functional team
