**The Role**:

Lubricants Supply Chain (LSC) is part of the Global Lubricants business within Downstream. Getting closer to our customers with locally empowered, globally enabled teams, leveraging scale and integration.
**What’s the role?**
As the Production Planner you will be expected to provide top notch service and assistance to the team through coordination, planning and stakeholder management.
**Further roles and Responsibilities**:
- Creates in detail the schedule of production orders considering plant requirements such as available capacities and plant structure.
- Agrees the production schedule with the relevant stakeholders (Production Planner, materials schedulers and planning manager) before publication of the locked down schedule.
- Responsible for daily monitoring of progress of the agreed schedule and update of the relevant data in the systems.
- Ensure seamless coordination with material scheduler to ensure on-time availability of packing / raw materials.
- Driving Daily Production Planning meeting - Production scheduler will drive daily meeting involving all plant stakeholders (Planning, Operations, QA, Engineering, Logistics).
- Responsible to ensure optimal utilization of Production Capacity Performance Management: Provides input for RCA for PSA performance and OTIF within area of control.
- Pro-actively monitors adherence to production routing and capacity standards and will take appropriate action when variances become apparent (update the master data).
- Maintenance of production master data: Maintains the relevant production master data in the system (BOM, Routing, Work Centre, Production Version), and ensures the plant shift patterns and non-working times are accurately reflected in the systems.
- Responsible to manage any component changes in close collaboration with the Materials Schedulers and Materials Planners.
**What we need from you**
- Graduate of bachelor’s in supply chain or engineering is preferred.
- Based or willing to be based in Taloja and work in a hybrid set up.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands
- on experience in supply chain planning.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex problems into clear language is essential.
- Above average communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid experience and knowledge in Microsoft excel, Power BI and SAP.
