**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and formulate colour cosmetics like lipsticks, foundations, and eyeshadows.
- Research new trends, raw materials, and technologies in the cosmetic industry.
- Conduct stability testing and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and raw material suppliers.
- Maintain detailed records of formulations and prepare technical reports.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of polymers and cosmetic formulation techniques.
- Expertise in colour matching, pigment selection, and product development.
- Familiarity with cosmetic regulations, safety, and compliance standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting formulations.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and capability to manage multiple projects.
