**Leadership & Strategy**:

- Lead and manage the quality department, ensuring a high-performing and collaborative team.
- Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Establish and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for quality performance, including defect rates, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.
- Create, manage, and execute strategic plans for quality improvement across all business functions.
- Collaborate with other departments (R&D, Production, Operations, Customer Service) to align quality initiatives with organizational goals.
- **Quality Assurance & Control**:

- Ensure all products and services meet internal and external quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the design and implementation of testing procedures and quality assurance processes.
- Monitor and assess compliance with the company's quality standards through regular audits, inspections, and assessments.
- Develop corrective and preventive actions to address product/service quality concerns.
- Review and approve product specifications and operational processes to ensure quality targets are met.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (such as Six Sigma, Lean, etc.) to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive data-driven decisions by analyzing quality metrics, root causes of quality issues, and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain a culture of quality excellence within the company and promote quality awareness across all levels.
- **Training & Development**:

- Ensure that quality standards are consistently communicated and understood across all departments.
- Provide training and mentorship to quality teams to improve knowledge and skills in quality assurance and control.
- Promote cross-functional teamwork and encourage innovative thinking to solve quality-related challenges.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding quality performance, trends, and issues.
- Ensure that documentation related to quality audits, product testing, and corrective actions is accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare compliance reports for regulatory bodies when required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ISO 9001, etc.) are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
