**Job Title**: QC Lab Chemist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and perform tests using the following equipment:

- **Universal Testing Machine (UTM)**:

- **Hardness Testers**:

- **Macroscope**:

- **IGC (Intergranular Corrosion) Test Equipment**:

- **PHT (Positive Material Identification Tool)**:

- **Borescope**:

- **Eddy Current Testing Machine**:

- Prepare and manage the following documentation:

- **Material Test Certificates (MTC)**:

- **Third Party Inspection (TPI) Reports**:

- **In-Process and Final Inspection Reports**:

- **Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)**:

- **CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)**:

- **ISO Quality Documentation**:

- Ensure all quality processes meet customer and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with third-party inspectors and internal departments for audits and inspections
- Support implementation of quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain calibration records and test result traceability
