**Designation : Admin Executive (Female)**
**Location : Andheri, Mumbai.**
**Working Days : Monday to Saturday**
**Time : 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.**
**Experience: 2+ years minimum**
**Salary
- Upto 25K**
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Front Office Management: Greet and assist visitors, manage phone calls, handle inquiries, and ensure a welcoming reception area.
- Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, coordinate maintenance and repairs, handle mail and courier services, and oversee cleanliness and organization.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of office expenses, vendor contracts, and other administrative documents.
- Event Management: Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Team Support : Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
