In this role, person will be responsible for creating shipping documents, distribution of documents and record maintaining for audits. The work is determined by the daily project shipping and scheduling team under the co-ordination of team leader.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and Coordinate the Inbound and Outbound shipments.
- Monitor / Tracking import and export shipments
- Coordinate with transporter, vendor, customs broker and forwarder
- Maintain 100% quality of error free documents.
- Manage and track all paperwork required for audits.
- Maintain / assist scanning of documents.
- Preparation of invoice in Excel
- Preparation of E-Invoice in the GST portal
- Preparation of E-waybill in the GST portal
- Follow-up of Import, Export and Domestic shipments
- Work with Shipping & receiving, Buyer and Finance
- Knowledge in HSN code

**Minium Experience - **2 Years

Knowledge with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Good communication skill

**Education**: Any Degree

**Working days: Monday to Saturday - 9.00 am to 5.30 pm**
