Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator (Telemarketing/Tele-Sales Executive) will focus on generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets through inbound and outbound calls. Additionally, the role includes onboarding and supporting independent sales agents, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools required to succeed. This dual-focus role is crucial in driving revenue growth and fostering a collaborative sales network.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
**1. Tele-Sales and Lead Generation**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. - Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into sales.
- Qualify leads and maintain a robust pipeline for follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns.
**2. Sales Agent Onboarding**:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new independent sales agents.
- Provide comprehensive training on company products, sales strategies, and tools.
- Ensure all agents understand compliance standards, sales policies, and performance expectations.
- Regularly update agents on new products, services, or promotions.
**3. Relationship Building and Support**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned agents, addressing queries and concerns.
- Facilitate communication between agents and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.
**4. Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and agent onboarding activities in the CRM.
- Track agent performance and provide feedback to improve their results.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management on sales metrics and onboarding progress.
**5. Compliance and Best Practices**:
- Ensure adherence to telemarketing laws, including DND and GDPR regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and agent data.
- **Required Skills and Qualifications**:_
- Proven experience in telemarketing, tele-sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruiting, onboarding, or managing independent sales agents is a plus.
- Ability to train and motivate agents to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and telemarketing tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
- **Preferred Qualifications**_:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with multi-level marketing (MLM) or agent-based sales models.
- Experience in training or mentoring teams.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
