**Position Summary**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan to secure financial resources for our NGO.

2. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, corporations, foundations, and other funding sources to generate support for our programs and initiatives.

3. Research to identify potential funding opportunities and stay updated on grant opportunities, corporate sponsorships, and other fundraising avenues.

4. Prepare persuasive and compelling grant proposals, sponsorship packages, and other fundraising materials to engage potential donors and secure funding.

5. Organize and manage fundraising events, including galas, benefit concerts, and donor appreciation events, to engage and cultivate relationships with existing and prospective donors.

6. Build and maintain an accurate and up-to-date donor database, ensuring that all donor interactions and contributions are properly recorded and acknowledged.

8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising strategies and adjust approaches as needed to achieve fundraising targets.

9. Stay current on fundraising best practices, trends, and regulations to ensure compliance and maximize fundraising opportunities.

10. Represent the organization at external meetings, conferences, and events to strengthen partnerships and seek additional fundraising opportunities.

11. Collaborate with other team members on cross-functional projects and provide support as needed.

**Expected Knowledge/Skill Set**

1. Proven track record of at least 1-2 years in nonprofit fundraising, particularly in securing grants and major gifts is an added advantage.

2. Strong knowledge of fundraising principles, strategies, and techniques.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling fundraising materials and deliver persuasive presentations.

4. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

5. Proficiency in using donor management software and databases.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

7. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and other stakeholders.

8. Understanding of ethical fundraising practices and compliance with relevant regulations and laws.

9. High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.

10. Passion for the organization's mission and a commitment to making a positive impact.

**Work Location**: Remote work/Work from Home.
