About Pavi:

Pavi is a grassroots non-profit organization in Kodagu. We address a variety of interconnected needs and challenges, with a focus on both community upliftment and environmental sustainability. In our module, we adopt schools, families, and villages, fostering their holistic development through comprehensive support and sustainable growth initiatives.

Role Overview:

To help grow our CSR partnerships and obtain funding for Pavi's current and future projects, we are looking for a seasoned fundraising and CSR consultant with solid industry connections. The ideal applicant will have a strong background in relationship-building, strategic fundraising, and, most importantly, a sincere desire to support significant community development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a focused CSR fundraising plan for Pavi's initiatives.
  • Seek out, interact with, and integrate business partners who share our goals.
  • Open doors with decision-makers by utilizing your industry contacts and personal networks.
  • Create partnership decks, MoUs, and strong CSR proposals.
  • Encourage discussions and guarantee adherence to CSR guidelines.
  • Establish enduring, long-lasting connections with corporate donors.
  • Give CSR partners documentation, impact reports, and updates on a regular basis.

Skills and Experience Needed:

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate partnerships, donor relations, or CSR fundraising.
  • A robust network of Indian foundations, corporations, and CSR leaders.
  • A track record of successfully obtaining CSR funding for social projects or NGOs.
  • Strong communication skills, both in writing and speaking, as well as the capacity to pitch successfully.
  • Knowledge of Companies Act CSR regulations and compliance requirements.
  • The capacity to work autonomously and produce outcomes within predetermined deadlines.
