**Desired Qualification**:

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in delivering corporate communication skills training.
- Master’s degree in communication, Certification as a communication skills trainer or certification in a related field or experience as a training facilitator.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to plan and implement engaging and effective sessions.
- Strong understanding of various communication styles and techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design session outline of the training taking modules related to communication skills as base.
- Deliver highly engaging and interactive training sessions to diverse groups of participants.
- Conduct pre
- and post-training assessments, track progress and provide one to one feedback to training participants.
- Measure effectiveness of imparted training programs.
- Analysis and reporting of learning interventions imparted/implemented.
- Incorporate the latest communication trends and technologies into training as appropriate.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement customized training.
- Keep up to date with the latest communication trends and technologies and incorporate the same in session deliveries.
