**Role Overview: Relationship & Sales Executive**
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic professional to build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, educators, and decision-makers. This role involves promoting _Kids Age Newspaper_, managing client relationships, and executing timely follow-ups to ensure long-term engagement and client satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Lead Generation & Sales**
- Promote _Kids Age Newspaper_ to school principals, teachers, and other educational stakeholders.
**Client Engagement & Relationship Management**
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with educational institutions.
- Engage with decision-makers to understand their needs and position our offerings effectively.
**Pipeline Management**
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversion status systematically.
**Customer Support & Service**
- Handle client inquiries, process orders, and ensure a seamless experience.
- Provide post-sale support to encourage client retention.
**Data Management**
- Maintain accurate and organized records of contacts, communications, and follow-up activities.
**Collaboration & Teamwork**
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and smooth service delivery.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
