**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and acquire new clients through platforms like **Fiverr, Upwork**, and other B2B channels.
- Identify potential clients’ business needs and propose suitable **IT & digital solutions**.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
- Achieve individual and **team sales targets** by converting leads into long-term business relationships.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, development, and support) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide timely reports and updates on sales performance and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- **1-2 years** of proven experience in **business development, sales, or lead generation**, preferably in the **IT or digital services** domain.
- Hands-on experience with **freelance platforms** like Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and **deal-closing skills**.
- Solid understanding of **IT services, digital marketing**, and technology-based solutions.
- Experience with **CRM tools** (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and **Microsoft Office Suite**.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
