We are seeking a motivated and dynamic **Advertising Sales Executive** to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue by reaching out to potential clients and helping them find the best advertising solutions for their business. If you're a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for sales, this is an exciting opportunity for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling**: Proactively reach out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- **Lead Follow-Up**: Stay on top of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion to successful sales.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the benefits of our advertising solutions.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals and securing new advertising contracts.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advertising solutions.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Track sales performance, report on progress, and analyze data to optimize future strategies.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure mutual satisfaction between the client and the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in advertising sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus.
