JD for a Sales Executive

Need a highly energetic sales person to develop B2B Diamond Jewellery sales in Indian Market.

What you will do
- On board New Retail Jewellers for the company through variety of Sales Techniques.
- Responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales and develop contacts in the assigned region.
- Target oriented in B2B Diamond Jewellery Sales

Your Duties and Responsibilities Include:

- Working closely with Jewellery retailers and customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right merchandise.
- You should be able to promptly resolve retailers’ complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Analysis of the needs of existing/potential Jewellery retailers to meet their requirements.
- Attending industry events in order to generate business leads.
- Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Well organized.
- Business Cycle Management, Account Management and selling multiple solutions offered by company.
- Plan approaches and pitch.
- Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns and objectives.
- Solution offerings and business case to the client & involvement in preparation of proposals.
- Manage the sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues in a timely, reliable and consistent basis.
- Strengthen the company's direct sales and business development capabilities.
- Run targeted sales & marketing campaigns for business development
- Work with the content team to understand what sales & marketing collateral can make the business development process stronger.
- You will be directly involved in discussions with the end client in Indian markets.
- Effective Communication and Presentation Skills
- Strong analytical, networking and management skills.
- Proven evangelical sales track record in a new product/new market environment.
- Adapt new knowledge to increase productivity.
- Understand the fundamentals of B2B sales.
- Should have minimum 1year B2B sales experience in any field.
- Proven track record of growing business and exceeding revenue targets.
- Ready to travel 20 days in a month to various assigned cities for B2B business development.
- Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,475.78 - ₹20,000.00 per month
