**Financial Reporting, Analysis & Record Keeping**:

- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable balances.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the accounting system
- Provide support during internal and external audits, including preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Assist in implementing audit recommendations to improve financial controls.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Monitor and record petty cash transactions.

**Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Transportation and logistics bill verification and payment

**Taxation and Compliance**:

- Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably within the manufacturing or distribution industry
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Familiarity with project accounting principles
- Ability to analyse complex data and generate insightful reports

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
