**Your role**
- Join us in the Group Ledger Controls/Ledger Integrity team in Group Finance
- Your responsibilities will include below:
- Monitoring and clearing of Suspense and Control Account balances on a monthly and / or daily basis for all entities across EMEA, AMERICAS and SWISS region,
- Nostro Reconciliation, matching in Clareti Transaction tool, Nostro reclass process.
- Substantiation of Balances under ownership as per the requirement of Operational Risk team
- Communicate with operations team, product control team and other internal / external parties.
- Prepare daily and monthly workings to be shared with reporting team and other stakeholders.
- Analyze month over month movement and provide commentary.
- Primary contact for queries from Internal & External audit, SOX & ORC team
- Ensure that SOPs (standard operating procedures) are developed and kept up to date for all processes

**Your team**
- The Finance Data Services, is part of Group Finance responsible for Finance Data. We ensure all suspense and control balances for entities are kept below tolerance thresholds and work within tight deadlines along with a control approach. We are looking for an open and positive personality with great analytical skill

**Your expertise**
- Pursuing MBA Finance
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good understanding of accounting and financial management
- Exposure to database management tools, MS Access, SQL. (Tableau/Power BI and Alteryx exposure will be a plus)
- a strong interest in digital communication/management
- Expected to be actively leading projects and re-engineering initiatives to improve the processes with other counterparties across different divisions and regions including but not limited to participation in or instigation of tactical and strategic initiatives
- Involved in review and updates of policies and procedures and ensure that these are appropriately implemented
- Helping the team implement a best practice control environment
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (written/verbal)
