We are seeking a skilled Signal Integrity and Power Integrity Specialist to join our team.

This role requires a deep understanding of signal integrity and power integrity concepts, as well as experience with simulation tools such as Hspice, Sigrity, ADS, Ansys SIwave, HFSS 3D, and Cadence-PowerSI & PowerDC.

Responsibilities include ensuring signal integrity experience is mandatory, simulating memory interfaces for board and package, and extracting PDN models of package and PCB power rails.

A strong knowledge of power delivery network, impedance profile analysis, IR drop analysis, and time domain analysis is essential.

Experience in working with high-speed serial IO interfaces, DDR4/LPDDR4, and PCIe Gen3/4, SATA Gen3, USB3/3.1, and Display Interfaces is required.

The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of strong experience in signal integrity and power integrity fundamental concepts and a good understanding of s-parameter modeling concepts for single-ended and differential interfaces.

Key Qualifications:
  • Signal Integrity experience
  • 3-10yrs of Strong experience in Signal Integrity and Power Integrity fundamental concepts
  • Deep Understanding of S-parameter & its modeling concepts for Single ended and differential interfaces
  • Experience in simulating (FD/TD) memory interfaces for Board and Package is required (DDR4/LPDDR4)
  • Experience in simulating (FD/TD) High Speed Serial IO interfaces for Board and Package is required (PCIe Gen3/4, SATA Gen3, USB3/3.1 and Display Interfaces etc.)
  • Good knowledge of Power Delivery Network, impedance profile analysis, IR Drop Analysis, and time domain Analysis
  • Experience in extracting the PDN model of package and PCB power rails and perform decoupling capacitor optimization, Loop inductance analysis
