**Position**: Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market dynamics, trends, volume, and emerging developments within the engineering sector.
- Conduct regular visits to existing clients to maintain relationships and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Proactively generate new leads and explore avenues for business development across Maharashtra.
- Analyze competitor strategies including pricing, discounts, and product features to formulate effective counter-strategies.
- Present the entire product portfolio to both B2B and B2C clients, highlighting key benefits and unique selling propositions.
- Drive the acquisition of new business and expand the client base through effective networking and relationship building.
- Demonstrate a willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra to engage with clients and prospects.
- Maintain a high level of self-motivation and resilience, capable of overcoming challenges to achieve set goals effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the engineering or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
