We are a Canadian-based Immigration & Consulting firm with our main office in Canada and branches in India.

**Job duties will include**:

- Collection of information and documents from clients
- Label and enter documents into the computer systems.
- Attend phone calls from clients.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Work to meet deadlines and ensure that deadlines are met on time.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
- Photocopy and scan documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
- Coordinate various office tasks relating to immigration.

**Job requirements**:
**Salary**:Negotiable**:Starting from RS 12000 to 25000** per month depending upon qualifications, experience and English level

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Moga, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
