**About Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Set up the India talent Acquisition function at a high-growth Fintech company.
- Design, plan, and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests / Case studies etc.)
- Optimally utilizing various Sourcing parameters/criteria within the Talent Acquisition space and keep a close watch with the defined vendors/consultants in the market with positive relationship management. Use various channels/source of hiring through Job portal, Social Media Recruitment, Head Hunting, consultants etc.
- Closing positions within a defined turnaround time and as per requirements. Adherence to defined timelines with respect to Indent to Offer, Shortlisting to Offer, offer to joining.
- HR metrics analysis to assess program effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Build succession pipeline for key/critical roles
- Works efficiently, allocates time to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
- Acts with integrity: Builds trust with others by being consistent, modeling the desired behavior, making and keeping commitments, protecting confidences and treating others with respect.
- Works independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong presenter, must be able to articulate well and confident presenting to a senior management team, 1:1 and in a group setting.
- Action-oriented: can run with little direction; can make sound decisions under conditions of uncertainty.
- Inquisitive: he/she is intellectually curious and wants to know the right answers and asks the right questions.
- Passion for making outbound phone calls.
- Good judge of character, strong “recruiting intuition.”
- Flexible & positive attitude: calm under pressure
- Strong operations, ability to validate recommendations with data analytics.

**Qualifications**
- Track record of successful recruitment in a sales and operations-oriented organizational model
- Strong business and financial acumen and current on-market trends
- Adept & disciplined in using an Applicant Tracking System or CRM tool
