Role Summary & Key Objectives
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team, focusing primarily on internal hiring and non-technical roles such as Sales, Marketing, Business Development, HR, Finance, Operations, System Admin. and other Support functions. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, a consultative hiring approach, and the ability to deliver quality hires within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for internal and non-technical positions from requirement gathering to onboarding.
Internal Mobility & Redeployment: Identify internal talent mobility opportunities and work closely with department heads to facilitate internal movements and career growth.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements, define sourcing strategies, and ensure timely closures.
Talent Sourcing: Leverage multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, internal database, referrals, social media, and employee networks) to attract top talent.
Interview Coordination: Drive the screening, assessment, and interview process while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Recruitment Analytics: Maintain and analyze recruitment dashboards to track metrics like time-to-fill, quality of hire, and internal movement ratios.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and HR communication teams to promote internal hiring initiatives and enhance employer brand perception.
Must-Have Skills & Competencies
- 5-9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on Sales, Online Mkt., System Admin, HR, Finance and other support function and other Non-Technical Hiring.
- Proven exposure to internal hiring, redeployment programs, or talent mobility frameworks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referral management, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to present hiring insights and analytics.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
