**Job Summary**:
The Hotel Operations Executive is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth functioning across all departments. This role involves supporting both operational and administrative tasks, monitoring guest services, managing staff, and ensuring that hotel policies and procedures are followed to deliver exceptional service and maintain operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service & Relations**:

- Assist in ensuring that guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.
- Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with various departments to address and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
- **Operational Support**:

- Monitor day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B, etc.) are operating smoothly.
- Ensure hotel facilities and rooms are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guest occupancy.
- Support the implementation of operational procedures, standards, and guest service initiatives.
- **Staff Supervision**:

- Assist in managing hotel staff and ensuring that they perform their duties according to established guidelines.
- Coordinate daily shifts and tasks for various departments.
- Help with staff training, development, and performance evaluations.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Help maintain accurate records and logs related to guest services, room occupancy, and operational activities.
- Assist with payroll administration and employee attendance tracking.
- Prepare and process reports related to operations, including occupancy rates and guest feedback.
- **Financial Management Support**:

- Assist in managing hotel budgets and tracking expenses to ensure cost control.
- Help with billing and payment processing, ensuring accuracy in guest transactions.
- Assist in revenue tracking for various services, including rooms, F&B, and events.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels of supplies, including linens, cleaning materials, guest amenities, and food & beverage items.
- Assist in placing orders for stock and ensuring items are replenished as necessary.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure the hotel complies with all local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure that the hotel maintains cleanliness and safety standards.
- Assist in organizing emergency drills and other safety-related procedures.
- **Marketing & Guest Engagement**:

- Support the sales and marketing team with promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Gather guest feedback and surveys to identify areas for improvement in service.
- Assist with event coordination and special requests to drive hotel revenue.
- **Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution**:

- Act as a point of contact for resolving operational issues and guest-related problems.
- Ensure prompt resolution of guest complaints or incidents to minimize dissatisfaction.
- **Other Duties**:

- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Hotel Operations Manager or General Manager.
- Stay updated on industry trends and contribute ideas for improving hotel operations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in hotel operations or related roles within the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Basic knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., PMS, POS systems) is a plus.
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
- **Personal Traits**:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of service.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
